サラダが多いので野菜がたくさん摂れます。肉、ご飯の前にサラダを平らげ血糖値の急激な上昇を抑えます！
ザーサイじゃ無くなってました。
前回来た時に次は唐揚げ定食にすると言っていたのを忘れてました。
ごはん大中小と選べますが、大は丼鉢で来るので注意！
